There are others looking for the same thing, and they’ll be here soon. You have one hour to find the secret recipes and locate the special bottle hidden in the building, before the others catch up to you.

You go to his mining shack to see if he’s okay, but realize other people are after his claim, and the mine is not stable. You need to find your uncle and his gold and get out in an hour before his shack and the mine collapse.
